I'll start with some solid videos of Brian Cushing
And now to show some of his athletic workout stuff... Cush hits 335 + 3 chains for a double Brian Cushing proves that white men CAN jump  He is seen here performing an easy 47" box jump (from a seated position) while wearing a 20 lb. vest. Not bad for a 250 lb. linebacker!! This is a rather impressive vid.. Personally I see this guy as being every bit as good of an NFL player as Aaron Curry despite Curry's ridiculous top 5 hype. |
