Should Haley be fired?

The Chiefs are 0-3 and look awful in two of three games. Should Haley be fired?

Also, this is our official 2009 reerun filter.

This team is nearly completely void of talent. No way can Haley be blamed. I hope Carl Peterson dies in AIDS tree forrest fire that was extinguised with antifreeze...

Yeah, that one.

That's your defense of Haley? This in your face coach intended to instill an attacking attitude into his players couldn't get his D up for a game-winning defensive stand during the home opener of a refurbished stadium against our most hated rival. The game that the D-coordinator he brought with him from his old job got torn up in a 2-minute drive by the worst QB in football (history?).

Yeah, I suppose the head coach should get a pass for that...

The first thing we need to do to improve the Chiefs is to ban the OP of this thread. That might not help the team but it would surely help this site. He seems to be the whitlock of the internet, minus the talent for writing.

The Chiefs cut guys that were starting who can't even get jobs on other teams. That should tell you something about the talent on the team. They're literally operating with 22 guys off the street. Let's also not forget how late Haley was hired. Most of the prime assistant coaches had already been hired.

So we should've considered awin over Oakland an upset?

Well hell, with standards that low, I guess you're right. Haley should do just fine for ya...

You do realize that Gochiefs thinks the idea of firing Haley at this point is ludicrous, right?

Yeah I think this team is full of pussies who choke constantly. Don't forget they did the same shit with Herm as a head coach also.

C'mon, let's hear anything other than "give him a chance."

We savaged the Broncos for hiring McDaniels and all we did was hire our very own McDaniels with a chemical imbalance. Meanwhile the Broncos are on their way to 3-0 while our lunatic head coach has fired his OC and proceeded to put in a pusstastic offense that managed to get shut down at home against Oakland.

Let's hear an actual defense for him. Tell me why I should change my mind. The question was "would you fire him". Well if I never wanted him hired, just exactly what have you seen to suggest I am wrong?

Tell me any of you wouldn't be laughing your asses off if this psychopath was coaching Denver.

If he was coaching any team other than KC we'd be laughing hysterically and talking about how sorry we are for that club's fans. But yeah, we should totally retain him because we need to give him a chance.
I agree, there certainly isnt anything in his background that would suggest he has what it takes .

He only GREW UP in the NFL, with a dad that scouted for Pittsburgh, studied almost exclusively under one of the All-Time coaches...i'm sure he wasnt kept around by the guy because maybe he knew WTF he was doing.

And of course he failed in AZ, so theres another knock...you're right, he'll never cut it.

After that abortion of a game, I have no idea how you can assume anything. You will never see a more poorly coached game than that one.

I gave you the benefit of the doubt. But this is where you lose all credibility. Oakland has talent. They just have horrible managment, a water boy as a coach, and an historically bad QB. It's to no surprise that their D shut down the Chiefs offense.

So do I want him fired on account of his 0-3 start? Nope. I want him fired because we should've never hired the crazy one who sucks the penis to begin with.
Speaking of mentally unstable...

Well hell, his daddy was a scout so that's a surefire winner.

And you're right. With the single most talented WR corps in football and one of the 5 most accurate passers in NFL history behind a stout O-line, he managed a 9-7 record in the worst division in football.

Damn, you got me.

This is some thin gruel you people are serving.

Got it.

So expect to lose every game, including home games against arguably the most dysfunctional team in the NFL, and you'll never be disappointed with the team.

I have absolutely no idea how you can defend the way that game was coached. Make nebulous comments as to the 'talent level' of the respective teams all you want, but I have no clue how you can watch the way that game was run and come away defending Todd Haley.
