What can the Chiefs do (besides win) to make gameday better?

So... assuming that we are doing what it takes to get better and not too concerned with winning NOW as much as building a better team for the future... What can the Chiefs do to make gameday more bearable?

I don't have an exact idea fleshed out yet... but I'm thinking of some sort of metrics that we can see... things that the coaches themselves use to evaluate players and the team in general... something we can see and feel and cheer for.

OK, I know that was vague... but if you kinda see where I am going with this... do you have any ideas?
