Assuming that Romeo Crennel is not coming to town, what DC's are available. Dick Jauron and John Fox come to mind. Not HC material but they seemed to be well respected on the defensive side of the ball. Greg Robinson and Gunther Cunningham need not apply

Its Crennel or Pendergast. Unless there is some other 3-4 DC Haley has worked with before.

Shanahan wants to go after some of his old staff in Denver. If they block Rick Tuten from Denver from going to DC he might come after Cedric Smith who was with Tuten. Or Salazar who interned there with both of them. I read a while back that the Cards S&C coach John Lott's contract runs out this year and he hired an agent because they low balled him with their offer.

Haley could go that route and try to pry him away. Shanahan could go after Ronnie Bradford for special teams or DB coach as he did both in Denver. Also read that the Skins are meeting w/Mike Waufle the fired DL coach of the Giants.
