I had to open my acer and put a fan in it when I ran the nvideo open gl card. It would freeze up during Snood

Remember back then, the PC Software section took up 3 to 4 aisles, and was split up in to productivity, multimedia, games, etc?

Ahh hell yeah. Had a Voodoo card as well. They kept the Voodoo line for quite a while if I remember correctly. But I switched to nVidia shortly after the original Voodoo.

Some were huge, some were small...there was no standard box size, made it a pain to line up games on the shelf.

Hell, the first computer I ever purchased as 4mb of RAM. To upgrade to 8mb I had to spend $80 friggin bucks. Just so I could play Doom.
