I wonder how much better Bowe would be with a good QB. I know that isn't an excuse but players that raise their game make others raise theirs as well.

A good QB allows you to run more diverse routes, puts the ball in a location where you can get more YAC and allows you to have more freedom with your hot routes.

Bowe never had any of these.
