Depends on Albert but I think they will trade out.

From reading reports, the Eagles have a serious interest in Geno Smith.
Hopefully Reid can trade with his old GM and still have a top 5 pick.

If the Eagles are that interested, whatever they offer, I'd for sure call the Bills and try and get more out of them.

I agree. Though at 8 I think most of the guys we want will be gone. That should be interesting.

If we're going OT, 8-10 should be about right.

If we go down to 8, we need to get a haul in picks. I'm a bit afraid to go down that far, in that I could see a team like the Chargers jumping us to take the last LT available.
IMO, that would be disastrous to trade Albert and not end up with one of the top LT's in this class. |

Yes. There are plenty of other teams that see the value of having a franchise quarterback. Lots of opportunities for the Chiefs to trade down and draft linemen.

If we trade Albert and move down to 8, it will be blatantly obvious that Lane Johnson our guy.

I'm not sure Miami is all about a LT at this point. If they sign Winston like some expect, they'll move Martin to LT and see how that works out. I think the Lions, Eagles (maybe) Cardinals and another surprise team are looking for a LT.
If we don't trade Albert, I don't see us taking a LT. They'll either trade him and stay at 1 taking whichever one they like best, or keep him and try to trade down and take a pass rusher. |

There are plenty of sleeper tackle options outside of Luke Joeckel - some of whom will be available in the second and maybe even third rounds. This draft class is very deep at tackle, imo. Here are some options:
Menelik Watson, Brennan Williams, Chris Faulk, Xavier Nixon all have elite potential, imo. |
