The Colts already showed us:

IF we get our running game going(chew the clock-keeping Manning on the sideline),consistent heavy pass rush with timely blitzes when needed(no way we blitz continually-Manning eats that manure up), 2ndary going man to man all game and our red zone offense scoring TDs the majority of the time. And a couple of timely turnovers by Denver.

Do what you do well, bring in Sherman, line up in thd I formation, and get the ball in Charles's hands.

On defense, limited blitzing.
Generate pressure with stunts and overloads, and mug the receivers at the line.

I'm going with this as the right plan. I still don't think it wins in the end, but it's our best shot, so it's what I'm hoping we see.

I've been wanting the I-formation too, but it seems Reid is in love with the pistol and shotgun. He must just hate the I since bringing Sherman in means we have 1 less receiver or TE on the field. I mean, we have 5 All-Pro WRs and 3 HOF tight ends, so it does make sense.

Don't allow free releases of their receivers.
be 'around' Manning as often as possible / make him uncomfortable
don't allow improv plays by Decker and Welker.
no blown coverages.

Offense;
stay on schedule/down and distance.
no turnovers.
Run/Pass balance.
convert 3rd downs.
Minimize penalties.
