Ya know there are some practices that are still a healthy deterrent to crime I agree. But unfortunately it is considered cruel and unusual punishment by some. Ya know like water boarding which doesn't kill of course but you get my point.

I think my Dad used to work at the assisted living center in Leawood. Now he works at a Jewish retirement home just off the Plaza, and he's at work today, and he'd very like be the first person you see walking in the door. Ugh.
