Have you ever heard Teicher speak?
He is literally a stuttering idiot. It’s impossible to listen to as he begins each sentence with a series of stutters etc.
Compound that with the fact that he’s pulling all of his information out of his A.

Why does Bowe need to rebound? He's already as good as Calvin Johnson/CP

Dwayne Bowe had a bad year in 2013. Why Bowe is above criticism from many on here is strange, especially considering how overly critical many are on most players. Teicher is just being Captain Obvious, as usual.

It's hard to be productive when you're a decoy for 2/3rds of the season...

Denver rookie QB John Elway, on Jack Lambert, after Lambert and the Steelers knocked Elway out of his first game as a pro (1983).

complete BS

Neither Reid nor Alex Smith is the kind of coach/player that would not use whatever talent they had. Bowe didn't get separation with any consistency. He also didn't win the battle for the ball against the CBs. Bowe got open against the Colts and he got the ball. If Bowe gets open this year then he will get plenty of targets.

If you want to say that Bowe is a bad match for Reid/Smith then fine. But the rest is bullshit.

After the Colts game Reid was asked why Bowe had such a big game and Reid said that he was a huge part of the game plan and they were going to get him the ball.

Bowe also started showing up about the same time Reid had his talk with Alex about him HAVING to throw the ball down the field.

Reid wasn't the one that didn't want to or know how to use Bowe...

But he didn't show up. He failed to use his big ass body against the Colts CB to stay in bounds when we needed him most at the end of the game. That game is the story of Bowe in a lot of ways imo. I did not expect him to make that play before the ball was snapped. Everyone knew the ball was going to him and it was thrown perfectly. He is part of the reason we haven't been successful imo. We need a better pass catcher than Bowe. I don't care if he is the all time leading Chiefs receiver. He's overrated as hell imo.

the longest pass(in the air) to Bowe was like 12 yards, the big yards came after the catch

Bowe is the kind of receiver that plays when he wants to. Big contract = no motivation.

Bowe is a WR like Anquan Boldin: he doesn't get a lot of separation, like, ever. He's physical, fights for the ball, gets YAC.

For Kap that's a great guy to have. Someone a young QB can throw it to even when he's not wide open and let the guy fight for the ball.

With Smith he'd be useless...

We have wasted Bowe's career on shit QBs. End of story. He'd bounce back if we didn't have Captain Checkdown back there constantly slinging shit.
