QB Future in KC

Simple question. We all see there are flaws with this team. But the primary one is the most important position, quarterback. So with that in mind, of the options below, what do you hope to see happen this offseason with the QB position in Kansas City?

It saves over 9 million IIRC to cut Alex after this year. I don't think his roster spot is safe by any means.

I hope by some miracle he and the offense find a groove to finish the year, but regardless it's not enough going forward.

He is practically a cripple. Still rather take the chance than watch another Alex Smith checkdown.

Shouldn't be too hard on people wanting Romo. This franchise sure as hell isn't drafting a QB so what the **** do you expect.

Well, I'd take the gaz option (if there was one) over anything involving Romo.

A rookie QB doing Alex's job in this offense isn't really that hard. You're telling me Kaaya, Kizer, Trubisky or Watson can't hand the ball off, throw sideways, run or just not turn it over?

Come on now

Some of you all need to forget about Romo it is clouding your abilities.
We need to draft a good one and let him set behind Smith. There is no real way to get away from Smith and his cap numbers.

I dont believe Romo can survive a regular season and I believe the cap hit from what I have read here is decapitating to signing free agents that could help. So hang onto Alex and Foles and let them fight it out and draft the highest rated QB available and if could trade up.

President Trump will have served half of his term in office by the time Mr. Smith's time in KC is up.

Maybe some of the Anti Romo (for a year) are saying they want Alex forever. Look friends, if the aren't willing to do something wild, they are going to stay the current course, and that's Alex Smith. There's no middle ground with these assholes, so Romo for a year would be a statement, not doing something that dramatic is basically telling us all to hunker down for at least a few more years of Alex ****ING Smith.

I want a sign that they won't accept the current are show a willingness to give change a chance.
