I purchased some from a local guy who raises cows and has a company package them. He came into my work because a coworker buys off him. I was happy for the price I paid. Steaks were good/great.

I purchased some from a guy once many years ago. It was actually pretty good and a decent deal. I wouldn't again though.

My wife.

She must have bought 50 pounds of the stuff. It was all run through a meat tenderizer to seem like actual tender beef. 3/4 was in some horrible marinade sauce in the package.

Saved from the doom of consuming it all by a deep-freeze failure.
