What will be the main entree of your Thanksgiving meal tomorrow?

Poll coming as soon as that little red thing pops out.

The wife and I are eschewing the traditional turkey in favor off crab legs. Mmmm, crab legs.

Edit: Due to a management oversight, ham was not included as an initial choice and has been added as a category at the bottom of the list.

I go with the traditional meal . . . all home made and i do the cooking . I start around 6-7 am. I do the baking the days before.

Turkey
Gravy (from drippings and chicken broth)
Butternut squash
Stuffing (both in bird and casserole dish)
Peas
Waldorf salad (cut apples/celery/mayo)
Cranberry sauce (cranberries/apple/orange)
Pearl onions (boiling onions in sherry wine cream sauce)

Just two pies this year

Apple Pie (cortland apples)
Butternut squash pie (basically pumpkin pie with butternut squash as substitute)

No cookies this year.

Pizzelles for with coffee during the day.

Turkey, with all the traditional sides... and I wouldn’t have it any other way

Christmas is when we sometimes switch it up to prime rib, steaks, seafood or even Chinese food

Well, we've confirmed that turkey remains a strong tradition on Thanksgiving.

Fried turkey is the way to go, sans burning down the place...but is definitely a meal for many

we probably have crab legs two or three times a month, so I could totally be on board with some thanksgiving crab.

My son wanted to do a rack of lamb. So the turkey can wait for another day.

Exactly, but Ma isn’t the biggest Chinese fan... had to fight for that one a few years ago, we’re thinking Mexican this year

A tray of beef enchilada in red sauce, and chicken enchiladas in a half mix of green chili and white cream sauce should do the trick, along with a few sides like beans, rice, pico, etc
