Can’t pick up blockers as a pass protector, isn’t aware when he’s the hot read coming out of the backfield, and somehow messed up the gift of a fumble in the Texans game that should have been a TD for him. The guy is a liability.

A better comparison would be to 31 year old LeSean McCoy. McCoy: 40 attempts, 214 yards, 2 TD's, 5.3 yards per attempt, 71 receiving yards and 1 TD CEH: 71 attempts, 304 yards, 1 TD, 4.2 yards per attempt, 129 receiving yards and 0 TD's. |

Yes we do when you think of what he AND CEH could both do. They're completely different runners. Also miss Williams near the goal line.

From what I have seen, it can't hurt. How's his blocking?

Now they’ve seen enough to know that the running game would be totally nonexistent if that were to happen and thus, enter Washington. Clyde’s immediate backup. |

And I disagree with the consensus that Toub shouldn't have Butker sky-kick that one. If the idea was to keep being aggressive, to try to pile on the pressure, then kicking it like that was absolutely the right thing to do. And we should keep doing that when appropriate. Because if they (STs) can drop the returner for a short gain and punish them a little for bringing it out, or even force a TO, like they did against HOU in the Divisional round, why the hell not? It puts more pressure on the team, not just the players, but also the coaching staff, and that pressure can lead to decision-making mistakes. I'm all for that. |
