Minnesota turned a 5th round draft pick into a haul of picks including a first. That’s a big win. Atlanta used a first round pick on Ridley. He’s really good too. Unless he was trash, he isn’t getting away for less than a first round pick. And our 32nd pick won’t be a good enough spot anyway.

With the contracts that we have, at some point we need to stop trading our draft capital for players that will require big contracts. It's a short-term win, long-term loss, strategy.

I would love to have him but it just makes more sense to sign Antonio Brown for no picks and a small contract.

Can't afford the draft compensation for a one year rental, and I'm not sure he would play next season without a new contract, which comes following a year he chose not to play.
Hard Pass. I'd kick the tire on a Jarvis Landry if Cleveland is going to go into a total rebuild. You get the final year of his contract so draft compensation should not be crazy, Cleveland gets cap space that might allow them to get a new QB. |

Hell no. Not because he wouldn't be a great addition, but have ya'll seen the list of WR's due to hit F/A this season?
There's some hella talented dudes that may shake available this offseason that don't require draft capitol to attain.

Neither are going to be elite.
It is unlikely we find another Kelce soon, so we're going to need another top 20 WR to pair with Reek.

I would personally do it and let Orlando Brown walk. Getting a good LT in the draft is easier than an absolutely elite wide receiver with hands, routes, speed, and separation.
