I'm going by my own experiences with people who pass after 80. It is typically a slow fade stretching over a few years rather than living a full life today and gone in 6 mos. I don't have statistical data, but many experiences of the former and I'm struggling to think of one of the latter.

If you're 94 and in good health, very likely you'll see 95.
