Buddys supporting cast really dropping of lately. He was still very good today but everyone else on his team was garbage. Dont think many ppl will want to face Texas in the NCAAs. I bet Mondays game is a pickem game, Texas may even be -1

Similar to Selden, the rest of them have fallen off quite a bit since mid-January. Spangler especially looks nothing like the guy he was in the 1st half.

The outright title is still on the line against UT, so hopefully that is enough to motivate them. Texas will be very tough to beat regardless.

Here’s another way to look at it: Even if we assumed that KU had a 50-percent chance of winning or sharing the Big 12 title each year, the odds of KU accomplishing the feat 12 straight times would be the same as flipping heads 12 times in a row: 1 in 4,096.

Though Pomeroy believes Self bumps up the probability significantly, he’s still in awe of the accomplishment.

“You talk about 1-in-4,000. I don’t think it’s that rare, but it’s pretty rare,” Pomeroy said. “Hopefully Kansas fans appreciate just how rare it is.”

Hell, the last Big 12 team to make an elite eight appearance was during the 2011 season.

Why does the big 12 continue to get shellacked in the NCAA Tourney? Can you give me the answer for that? It's not like it was one year. It's been 3 straight seasons where they have yet to have ONE team reach the elite eight; absolutely mind boggling!

Why has West Virginia, the second ranked team in the Big 12 been blown out by non conference opponents Florida and Virginia?

The best the big 12 has to offer, Kansas, lost soundly to Michigan State, and they're not even first in the Big 10!
