2020 College Football

With many teams/conferences withdrawing from competition this year, it's going to be an interesting race to the top. My bold prediction? Army is the only team to play enough games to be eligible for a bowl and wins the National Championship by default.

Army shut out Middle Tennessee, Navy got destroyed by BYU, and Air Force is too scared to play anybody other than the other academies. Who'd you watch this weekend?

Gee I wonder why so many teams left and others tried to. It's quite a statement when the B1G West is better than 75% of your league

If you wouldn't have left such a "weak" conference, you might still be contending for national titles. But no, you wanted to get your asses kicked.

It was a weak conference. Every year Pelini was coach they either tied for first in the North or won it out right. Moved to a real conference and hadnt competed but for 1 season. B1G is a much better conference so is the SEC. Which is where every team from the Big 12 went sans Colorado.

Winners of the Big 12 North since the Big 12 became a league: K-State, Nebraska, Colorado, MU. 3 out of those 4 left so yeah weak conference.

Horrible offensive series by the Ducks.

Not sure if it matter. USC has had to earn every inch. Had to convert two 4th downs on that last drive. Hard to see them doing that again.

Also USC at a major coaching disadvantage. That tends to matter more late in games.

But the Oregon defense is now back on the field, and they're definitely gassed.

Hmmm... that looks like an INT to me.

Edit: It is. A turnover is what Oregon needed.

For sure but I’m not sure USC has the speed to take advantage. Oh and that’s probably a game ending pick as we speak.

They had opportunities. That one pass to the USC WR was as about as textbook on where to throw it. The WR just couldn't haul it in.

SC just missed their opportunities.

USC soft and mentally weak. Finally ran into a team that wouldn’t cave in the 4th quarter. Good. I hate USC. Lost a bet on them tonight but worth it to see their “undefeated” season come to an end. Have fun in the Mobile bowl or some shit.
