He literally just did something that interim coaches rarely do.
I’m not undermining bisaccia. He was brought up to prove the point that white coaches get unfairly treated too. But his tunraound was treated the same as any other. Including Romeo and Gregg Williams who led LOSING teams to an almost improbable playoff run. Not to mention getting fired with a new gm.

Fair point on Dan Campbell but that puts him in no different place than eB who also has head coaching experience and unlike Campbell was in charge of his offense. It’s less about treating coaches unfairly when they get in the chair. But can you think of a single black hc that jumped the ranks from no coordinator experience to HC? Have to think way back to herm and singletary for that one. Or that has a resume with less than 10 years experience, usually way more? For whatever reason black coaches aren’t getting the same kind of leadership opportunities. These are opportunities that for some reason haven’t been given to black coaches and even retreads get way more opportunities.

Maybe that’s changing with black DCs being very well represented in the playoffs. Again, I don’t know what the solution is but it’s clear that there’s an obvious problem and forcing reverse racism isn’t the solution. This should and needs to happen organically.

I'm not sure why you're citing Romeo as an example, either. He was retained by the Chiefs on a permanent basis after he served an interim coach. Then 2-14 happened.

With the Texans, he went 4-8.

Williams is probably the closest example to Bisaccia, but he still didn't make the POs.

Bienemy has no HC experience at any level. Additionally, without rehashing the same topic, look at Bienemy's past off the field.

Raheem Morris only served as a DC for 1 year at Kansas St. before going to the Bucs as a DB coach. He was promoted to DC without ever coaching a game as DC before he was hired as Gruden's successor in the offseason.

With regards to black coaches having a lack of leadership opportunities, I agree. There's no reason why someone like Bowles, Frazier, Morris shouldn't have another opportunity as HC. Same thing applies to Ryans, Mayo, etc.

It’s hilarious that you can’t think about this stuff critically. It’s all emotion.
I’m not really arguing for Lovie. I’m just name dropping him bc I’ve heard of people who are upset.

I do think the EB stuff is bullshit though

Guess I think a lot of his lawsuit was for sensational purposes and to embarrass the NFL. I am not really seeing damage for the above. He still is going to be paid for his full contract. He does not have a right to anymore pay.

The sham interviews are interesting. I pretty sure everyone is aware it was going on. But some of the purpose of those were to give minority candidates interviewing experience. Is that racism where the minority candidates received preference in getting an interview but the team hired who they believed was the best candidate.

This is a joke of a topic,

"I'm black and the reason I didn't get the job was because of my RACE"

No you didn't get the job because most front offices are full of morons.

Jim Caldwell has a better ****ing argument than Flores and EB combined.

Yea it must be racism.

Ain't a mother****er on this board can tell you what exactly EB does and what his responsibilities are on game day or leading up to it but many of you just know he is being passed over because he is black.

I'll make it simple, either he isn't calling the plays which tells you plenty or he is calling the plays and he refused to run the ball on 1st and goal from the 5 end of regulation and he botched the end of the 1st half as well so he is part of the problem. You don't get to have it both ways.

Simple minded bullshit is all this is.

My favorite is every time black coach get fired its because he is black, even though the same team hired the black coach.

Thats what makes this excuse so much BS, you get to use it in any situation and its impossible to "prove" race wasn't a factor even when the evidence is right in front of you. The EB situation is very self evident. Its not about race.

Flores has proved he didn't get fired because of his race but because he and the owner didn't agree on what they wanted to do. That's fine if Flores didn't agree with Ross's demands but it ain't about race.

So what does Flores do? Make it about race.
