With Michael Turner not getting any younger this will give them a guy that can bring it on gameday and should be able to give them a solid weapon if Turner gets dinged up. Id have liked to have filled this role with a quicker faster guy, but getting a player of similar makeup to Turner this late is good value.

When Billick was coaching the Ravens, he and Newsome would rank around 175-200 players. The rest would have cards on another board they called the "leper board."

On draft morning, they'd take bets among the personnel staffers to see who would come off the leper board first.

So, whoever had Barksdale, you just won.
