Well since GoPlagerism is touting my post in is signature, I figured I would start a countdown thread to see how we stack up on the touches..

So I predicted somewhere between 125-140* touches this year, with a high as 175 (which might be too high).

Receiving 5 for 25

Week 2
Rushing 8 for 51
Receiving 4 for -2

Week 3
Rushing 9 for 45
Receiving 5 for 17

Week 4
Rushing 7 for 26
Receiving 3 for 12

Week 5
Rushing 4 for 8
Receiving 1 for 10

Week 6
BYE

Week 7
Rushing 10 for 38
Receiving 1 for -3

Week 8
Rushing 6 for 0
Receiving 3 for 28

Week 9
Rushing 7 for 36
Receiving 1 for 8

Week 10
Rushing 8 for 45
Receiving 6 for 48

Week 11
Rushing 8 for 39
Receiving 2 for 9

Week 12
Rushing 9 for 28
Receiving 2 for 11

Week 13
Rushing 9 for 61
Receiving 4 for 46 / 1 TD

Week 14
Rushing 4 for 1
Receiving 0 for 0

Week 15

Lok at how effective he has been with Orton as opposed to Cassel/Palko.

He is gonna have a good year next season, write it down.

Still thinking on the avatar.

If anyone has suggestions, post them in this thread for consideration.
The last few games have been promising. I don't know if he was regaining his speed the last few games or if Orton just gave him more space to run. I think it's the latter. If it's the latter, then holy shit, Jamaal Charles would be unstoppable behind a real QB.

Yesterday's playcalling was unbelievably frustrating. So reactionary. McCluster was getting yards, so we abused it and began predictably running him up the gut. When that stopped working, they completely went away from him. Then they went back to him predictably. With the way he was torching Denver, you would have expected some creativity.

The playcalling yesterday on offense was maybe the worst I've seen all year. Thank goodness we still somehow ended up with a win.

He's mostly been all flash and no bang, but this last game he actually looked like he might find a groove in the NFL.

Maybe he can find his vision and start to use that flash for some good.

The thing is NO ONE Had an above year on offense outside of Bowe. IT was complete crazy. Our NO qb'ed ****ed EVERYTHING up.

We just need a half assed good quarterback and alot of shit will change. Our QB play is as bad as i have EVER seen it since i been a Chiefs fan. This year was just shit. Our qb's sucked so bad.

I hope Cassel, Palko, and Orton don't play another down as a Chief.

He ended up as the 43rd most elusive back in football.

Interesting that Jackie Battle was #45. McCluster is just as elusive as a 240-pound RB, awesome.

furthermore, I have my doubts that grading elusiveness is some sort of science...

Dexter doesn't break tackles but he does make people miss, that much I know. His productivity finally started to show once we got a real QB...I saw Orton make a pump fake and a good throw for a first down Sunday and forgot pump fakes even existed...

Amazing that Dexter started making plays once we got a real QB under center...Orton isn't special but it just shows how remarkable 2010 was that we did anything, ever, with Cassel.
