The way I understand it is that Duke is still considered a #1 (don't know how that's possible, whatever) and if KU wins today they will bump Duke down to a #2 and KU moves to a #1.

Yep I know. We need a big too. Babb is really our only defender. We have a few Jucos coming in who were recruited for defense, and also a freshman that is regarded as a great defender also who didn't play this year because his dad and then brother died this year. Supposedly one of the Juco Bigs cleaned up against ours in an open gym thing, so that's a little encouraging.

Threes will still be flying next year, hopefully the defense is a little better. Niang should only get better and we have two stud freshman coming in! Next year really depends on who steps up at guard, but that will always be a position of strength under Fred(at least in terms of shooting).
