It’s a start anyway.

Kids tough, but he needs to realize and accept he doesn’t have it all figured out yet. Once he gets there, he can become a much better (and more consistent) major league pitcher.

I think that Singer normally has Cam as his catcher and not Salvy.

Salvy would have the HR record because he has played more than 50% as a catcher.

For the baseball nerds who want to say- "while catching"- he would not get it. If that is the case- Bench would not have it either.

Separating HR's between what position they were playing at the time is kind of dumb. That is saying any production at DH would not count.

Agreed….and I do recall seeing bench stats where he played several positions (including outfield!).
