If you were among the last humans left after an A bomb...
If you somehow escaped the A bomb alive, how much technology could you re-produce? Let's say you had a few machinists and machines available and plenty of metal. Could you tell the rest of the people how to build an internal combustion engine? An air conditioner? A television? A telephone?

trading would work in the short term, but you would need to develop many basic tools and acquire some sort of long term food source to have any chance of survival...

people without any basic survival skills (read most city people who are not veterans) probably would not do very well...

That's be awesome. I'd trade them for a 52 inch big screen. My wife only let me get the 42, and I'm missing those ten inches.

If someone could supply me with circuit boards, and their components I could re-establish communication through radio waves. Even if someone could figure out a way to blow glass and form a vacume inside of it it I could make a less efficient means of RF.

Who the hell am I kidding, I'll be sitting around with endo working the bongs unless I'm getting paid.

I'm a slacker by nature, it's just too rough of a road to keep things fun for my lifestyle.
