Drew Brees and ......

Chase Daniel, they are almost identical in height and weight with Chase maybe being a little heavier. Wanted everyone's take on style of play between the two and if you think Daniel will be as good, better or a bust. Sarcastic loogey-hawkers not invited on this one.

Why cant people just accept that a great college QB doesnt mean a great NFL QB? They are two seperate games.

Well that same site has Michael Crabtree and Cullen Harper as the Chiefs first 2 picks......I don't think they know Herm because his head would probably explode taking 2 offensive guys first.

I'm a huge MU fan, but I'm not sure Chase has much of an NFL career ahead of him. He might be a clipboard guy like the Detmers, but I don't see him starting like Brees.

QFT....I think his only shot would be the CFL.....but what do I know, I still don't think Broehm and Woodson are good QBs.

Yeah, but that's not mutually exclusive.

Chase Daniel would probably be the number one overall pick if he were 6'3" or taller. Brohm and Woodson (2nd & 3rd rounders, respectively) many never amount to anything in the NFL but they're a better risk than Daniel.

Daniels parents should have given him HGH when he was 10. They lost $50 million dollars.

Brees is a good two inches taller than Daniel. Even so he's still an anomaly in the NFL, shorter QB's just aren't very prevalent. Troy Smith is the only other guy I can think of that is about that height and has a chance of starting.

There are some that thought Leinart would be a good QB too...

I'm just messin with ya, he may turn out alright.

If the Chiefs had Leinart, anything less than a 9 win season would be a major disappointment in 2008.
