Love my job. I help people, it's challenging, it's changing. The people I work with are cool, and the hours and wonderful, leaving me time to coach my kids, and pursue other interests that help maintain my mental health.

I envy people that love their jobs. I tolerate my job. It's a necessary evil. Leave me alone Dane.

I can understand that. I agree with you and Radar, work is a must, unless you hit the lotto.

Love it. Down to 3 days a week at my other part time job and even that is pretty fun and good money for the low amount time I spend there.

My own set hours and ability to work the kind of projects I would like too. It has been a blast.

I hate my job, but it affords me the luxury of doing things like traveling to other countries on vacations, and going to at least one Chiefs game each year (which isn't cheap) ... I'd look for another job, but they got me by the balls, I can't go anywhere else and make as much nor get as much vacation time. "That's how they getcha."

I like what I do (Cad Designer) and like the company I work for but really dislike my coworkers. They're all a bunch of snobs. But in this day and age, you gotta take what you can get. I lost a job I really loved in November and was out of work for 5 weeks. I am fortunate to be employed and think it everyday.

I Love what I do. I come in at 7am--record a show for a classic rock station in Fresno CA. After that, create a music log for my Vegas Rock station and then at 10am...spin rock and roll for the kids. After that, go host an event, maybe the opening of a headshop or a football party, giveaway a Harley and call it a day.

It really does beat working.

When you have Ozzy sitting in front of you for 35 minutes, chatting away, when you run into The Nigeran Nightmare, Warren Moon or Sugar ray Leonard in your break room, when you get paid to host football or go to a concert, or get paid to drive a New Dodge Challenger ( whoo-hoo--thats coming up!!!), it really is a job to love.

If I worked something like 3 13-hour weeks, or didn't have to work much and had a ton of spare time, I wouldn't have to love my job. But, when you spend 5 days a week someplace, you should love being there or find another way to spend all of your time, IMO.

I enjoyed my last job... had all the job security someone would need, and had a few generous raises within a couple of years (because they knew I was bored out of my mind, but had no where to go); but left for a job that I now love. I miss Kansas City, but it's not going anywhere.

Love my job, although I had to take a 40% paycut to take it. I have to say it is well worth it though. Sometimes a little sanity and piece of mind is worth some money. I am in a position to do it though as I have no wife or kids so I can live off whatever I need to.

I work in a small office (8 people) who all respect and like each other. No backstabbing or any crap talked behind backs. Plus, they didn't bat an eye when my buddy and I brought in a kegerator for our area!!!

Those are my basic requirements.... it can't be repetitive and I need to learn/do a few new things everyday.
