Like most players, I'm not going to judge Pollard. New coaches, new defense. We don't know if the guy's good or bad until we see how he functions under a better defensive scheme.

Pretty shitty job to be a safety for a defense that was completely incapable of rushing the passer.

Sucks at tackling, sucks at coverage.

The only thing he's ever actually done well is rush the punter during his rookie year. And once teams started looking for him, he ceased to be effective at that.

For a 2nd round pick going into his fourth year, it's safe to conclude that he sucks and he's a special teamer at best.

I've said it before and I will say it again...Chiefs fans always think our safeties are garbage. I can't remember the last time I heard a good thing about KC safeties be it Jerome Woods, Greg Wesley, Bernard Pollard, Jerrod Page, Shaunard Harts, Sammy Knight, Jon McGraw, etc...the list goes on and on.

The least of our worries are at the safety position...

Amen. Pollard Doesn't suck. He isn't great, but we could do a hellava lot worse. Some of you are so ****ing dramatic, i swear.

This is the no BS attitude I like in a coach. Coughlin's a dick but he gets results. Haley will be the same way.

Blocked punt for a TD against Jax last game of the year, his rookie season. Allowed us to take advantage of Denver not being able to beat SF at home and back into the playoffs. Outside of that? He was a starter on a team that won 6 games in 2 yrs.

Bernard did have a few moments, mostly on ST's...those & a nickel got him a ride out of town.
