... no more.

His play tonight was damn near unforgivable.

I just listened on the radio....

So from what "I" heard, J Charles played pretty well, Hali was disruptive from time to time... T Jackson got a sack, better pass rush forced a TO...

Some nice holes for running, but shitty pass protection and horrid QB play from Thigpen...

So as I was saying, on the radio, "I heard" some positives, along with some negatives...

Am I close?

Well only time will tell MM, I am disappointed in the lack of attention on the OL this offseason... But time will tell, lets just hope we dont have to endure another 20 years of fail if this GM is reeruned...

Pretty much. Thigpen was the weak link in this game. But apparently Pioli and Haley are to blame as well according to some others.

I think the team addressed what they could and got the players they had confidence could contribute.

I think we will see the OL addressed after cuts this year and in next year's draft and FA. Hopefully we don't get Cassel killed before then.

The blame they share is not addressing the OL first and foremost... Herm is an attrocious evaluator of talent, especially the OL...

I understand you need a QB, but working with what that half wit left us, is a recipe for a nuclear holocaust...................

I have to trust in Pioli at the moment.

If Parcells trust him enough to bang his daughter, and Parcells is undeniably a genius, then I trust him enough to give him 2 years of leeway with my team.

Correct.

Herm used to throw everyone under the bus; he wouldn't stop at just one player.

Agree, 2-4 years should be enough to see some change... I still think we have a long long ways to go thanks to DV's win now and Herm's clueless coaching...

But your right, it will take time, we are like a expansion franchise, with very little to no talent...

I'm not saying Pioli doesn't know what he's doing or anything like that.

I do however think it is a bit arrogant/shortsighted to go get your "franchise QB' and put him behind a swiss cheese line.
