2009 Denver Broncos....the WORST 5-0 team in NFL history?
Ok...so they're probably not the worst in history, but I'd call them the worst undefeated team left this season. There are a lot of 1 loss teams I'd take over them. They have 2 legit wins against horrible opponents and their other 3 are come from behind luck-outs. This is just my opinion, but I doubt I'm in the minority.

It certainly helped that they started out the season against such lightweight competition. Sort of like Kansas's non-conference schedule.

I wasn't saying they weren't good. The 2009 Broncos look good too. It was more of a feeling I have that they will deflate as the year goes on and disappoint in the playoffs, like we did.

The NFL is a weird deal... the Redskins haven't faced a team yet that has won 1 game, but that hasn't helped them at all.

Cincy, Dallas and NE (3 of the 5 opponents) have 4, 3 and 3 wins.

BTW I should hate Garcia Bronco and Mile High Mania. Between these two and a couple guys I work with being totally reasonable Broncos fans, it makes it slightly more difficult to keep up my blind seething hatred of the Donks. Don't get me wrong, I do. It just isn't as pure as it used to be. Shanahan leaving and us not even being competitive might have something to do with it too.

I pouted quite a bit... never whined though, at least I don't think I did. McD has forced me to change my opinion of him and that's good. I am surprised that he appears to have broken the will of Marshall and that's good.
