Saw Demonpenz's thread about Iron Eagle and thought this might be fun, (if it hasn't been done already). If it's been done, fricken humor me while I wait for the Ambien to start working.

What older or poorly executed movies would you like to see remade?

A remake of "Midway" would have the potential to far exceed the original.

The cast was very strong, but all of the spliced in clips from other movies ("Thirty Seconds over Tokyo", "Tora Tora Tora", "Battle of Britian", and a rarely seen Japanese film, "I Bombed Pearl Harbor") give it a cheap, half-assed, feel. Throw in the absurd love story and it kills what could be a great movie.
