With all the talk about teams interviewing Dez Bryant, it strikes me that we don't really have much of a screening process here at chiefsplanet. And you know, I think we should be at least as selective as the Dallas Cowboys and Miami Dolphins, and we should be more selective than the Raid ers or Bron cos.

So should we have a standard list of interview questions that we ask of anyone who shows up as a new member?

If you think we should, please offer your questions and how you think we should interpret answers.

I'll start with the obvious one: Was your mother a prostitute? This question won't disqualify them regardless of the answer, but they'll get extra points if the answer is yes since that will make them a more interesting planeteer. If they get offended and don't answer, that'll cost them points.

I like this idea.
For female applicants, we should also have talent and swimsuit competition.

I think a new member handbook would be more useful. Let all the new recruits know the rules of the site. Like reposting a topic (even if the original topic is buried on page 8), and making hopeful comments about this team- will both get you severly bashed by other members of the board. I think that would be really helpful.
