There's no reason for Bowe to miss out on the Pro Bowl this year.

He will have brought in 1,100 yards receiving by season's end, from Matt Cassel, Tyler Palko (FOR A MONTH), and Kyle Orton.

He dropped a couple passes, so some CPers think he's unworthy. The team could barely muster a first down for a month due to some of the worst QB play in team history, so I really don't know what more Bowe needs to do.

The Patriots have had injuries to Matt Light, Logan Mankins (who has had a subpar year and did NOT deserve a Pro Bowl nod), Sebastian Vollmer, and big rookie Nate Solder (who regressed after a promising start). Wiegmann was pretty fantastic for the Broncos when we had him. I think KC must get sick of their OL prematurely.

Get robbed: Denver running back Willis McGahee has been the lynchpin to the NFL’s best running offense. A big reason the Tim Tebow offense has worked is because McGahee –- one of the best free-agent signings in the NFL this year -- ran so well. He is enjoying resurgence at the age of 30. McGahee, who has 1,054 yards rushing and has averaged 4.8 yards per carry, is reportedly a first alternate. San Diego running back Ryan Mathews also had a strong season and a case to make the team. He is a second alternate. Kansas City receiver Dwayne Bowe had 75 catches and a nice season. Oakland safety Tyvon Branch and fullback Marcel Reece each had big years, and could have earned spots on the team. Perhaps each player will get his due next season. By the way, Tebow reportedly is a second alternate. Because quarterbacks often bow out, there is a strong chance Tebow will be eating pineapple in Hawaii next month.

Maybe, just maybe the rest of the NFL sees in Bowe what the dumbshit Chiefs homers refuse to see? That he drops too many passes. That he gives an inconsistent effort. That he vanishes way too much in games for an alleged "elite" WR.

Heard Rich Baldinger today on 810 say we needed to move Bowe for some picks........."take what we can get." Dude has got to be the dumbest ****in analyst Chiefs/Pee Wee football. Can't even stand the sound of his voice. He needs to stick to running people over. Gotta be good at something. So far 1 for 1.
