A week later, on October 13, ICC Chief Prosecutor Luis Moreno Ocampo released details on Kony's indictment. There are 33 charges, 12 counts are crimes against humanity, which include murder, enslavement, sexual enslavement and rape. There are another 21 counts of war crimes which include murder, cruel treatment of civilians, intentionally directing an attack against a civilian population, pillaging, inducing rape, and forced enlisting of children into the rebel ranks. Ocampo said that "Kony was abducting girls to offer them as rewards to his commanders."

In March 2012, U.S.-based campaign group and not-for-profit Invisible Children Inc released a short film promoting awareness of Kony and his actions and encouraging supporters to donate to their cause.[19] Intended to go viral on social networks, particularly Facebook, within 48 hours news media had described it as having succeeded in that aim;[19] on Facebook, it has received over 3 million shares, exceeding Invisible Children's target of 500,000.[20] The film, Kony 2012, currently has over 5.1 million views on Vimeo,[21] and 400 thousand views on social media site YouTube,[22] with other viewing emanating from a central "Kony2012" website operated by Invisible Children.

That video is designed to make you think about the children to play with your emotions, so that you make irrational decisions, then they get a bunch of Hollywood liberal ****tards on board with it to get the sheeple involved. Kony hasn't been seen in years, and he's one of the hundreds of warlords in that area that kidnap children and make them their slaves etc.

Jason Russell, one of the co-founders of Invisible Children, makers of last week's viral Kony 2012 video, was detained in Pacific Beach, Calif., on Thursday for being drunk in public and masturbating, according to the San Diego Police Department

NBCSanDiego.com is reporting that Russell, 33, was found masturbating in public, vandalizing cars and possibly under the influence of something, according to Lt. Andra Brown, who said Russell was acting very strange.
Police said they received several calls at 11:30 a.m. of a man in various stages of undress, running through traffic and screaming. Police described him as "in his underwear."

NBC News reports that Russell was taken into custody, then taken to a local medical facility.

Russell is one of the founders responsible for the Kony 2012 video that went viral last week. He is described on the organization's website as a co-founder and "our grand storyteller and dreamer."

Invisible Children's CEO Ben Keesey released a statement, according to NBC, saying: "Jason Russell was unfortunately hospitalized yesterday suffering from exhaustion, dehydration, and malnutrition. He is now receiving medical care and is focused on getting better. The past two weeks have taken a severe emotional toll on all of us, Jason especially, and that toll manifested itself in an unfortunate incident yesterday. Jason's passion and his work have done so much to help so many, and we are devastated to see him dealing with this personal health issue. We will always love and support Jason, and we ask that you give his entire family privacy during this difficult time."
