Now that we got Poe,

The Chiefs, under Pioli, do not draft Wisconsin linemen. It's a totally different scheme than we run.

If we did, we'd probably just bench Konz for the year, like we do with every other non-1st round OL.

cant believe he fell to the 2nd. I go to Penn State, he is going to be decent I think. Would be the perfect replacement for Dorsey.

But I know two d-lineman with our first two picks, this place would have a meltdown. I certainly wouldnt mind it

The Poe pick complicates things.

You don't want to take two Poe's early in the draft, two guys with reported motivation issues, two guys with little college production, two guys who are major works in progress.

Still has motivation issues. I'd say the Poe pick downgrades his chances.

That leaves players with great motors, great production, who are relatively close to seeing the field.

they were asking about day 2 QBs that would come off the board today and he mentioned the Chiefs and a couple other teams as teams that "put in the work" of evaluating most of these 2nd day quarterbacks today. And then he mentioned Kirk Cousins. And then I wanted to cry.
