Reid calls timeout, runs zero clock...

I guess we were warned of his horrible clock management in Philly but what a cluster that was.

I mean come on, defense hasn't stopped them all day. That should have been the last possession of regular time. B****!!!!!

Why was that defense called in that situation? Bolts had no TOs and had to score a TD. Force them to throw to the middle of the field and keep everything in front of you.

Bad defensive play call.

So you're a coach.
Your defense has been getting spanked all day, so you think it's okay to leave time on the clock and putt your defense back on the field?

If the Defense held up for one drive (or Demps had caught that Interception) Andy wouldn't have made that stupid ****ing call that he did. But the Defense ****ed up, and so did Andy. I think the Defense ****ing up for an entire 2 1/2 quarters was more devastating.

Just got back from the game. Was glad to see this was the top topic.

I could not believe the last two calls were passes. They worked, which was nice, and certain that makes it harder to complain. But I KNEW we were done when they scored with 1:22 left. Run Jamaal twice and let ALL the time run off the clock before calling time-out and the very worst we do is tie with no time left and very likely we win.

Just an awful loss. Hopefully Hali/Houston aren't out long and this defense figures it out because they looked confused all day long and we need to win two more games to make the post-season. Unless Manning goes out the hopes of winning the division are gone.

I want a title. The whole city is title starved. We will not get one if we can't beat good QB's. Right now we look overrated as hell.

The fat man has lost two games. And last week was on the players, not the coaching. Lighten up, Francis. Terrible coaching today and I know the game management baggage Reid brings, but he hasn't been making boneheaded decisions all season.

Same here. I didn't even cheer (at home) on Bowe's TD because I KNEW we'd left too much time on the clock.

Clock mgmt is part of the game, too. Reid failed down there.

he did this for 10+ years in Philly, he's not going to change now.

everyone from this tree does it. Childress got fired from Minnesota for this type of shit and McCarthy does it too but gets bailed out by Aaron Rodgers.

Andy Reid definitely had major issues with clock management, but I wanted to see how he did in KC, because a lot of people who covered the Eagles said coaches put some of the blame on the QBs. Rumors came out about McNabb not being able to remember plays and really struggled with hurry up offenses. The same was said about Vick.

Overall, 9-2 is nothing to sneeze at, but I have not seen enough of the Chiefs this year to fully judge myself. It sounds like the fans are pissed off from this game.

One of my biggest knocks on Andy Reid was his ability to adjust or coach when things don't go as planned or start slipping away. I thought he got tight and it rubbed off on the players, but also hurt his decision-making. I'm not sure if time management plays into that at all.

I'm still glad to see that he'll be making the playoffs in his first year, barring some type of unrealistic collapse.

So people are saying we should chance tying instead of taking the lead and go into OT because our defense couldn't stop another team for 1:17 but somehow would stop them in OT?

We were calling for runs.

I would not bitch if he runs clock.

I'm happy we went for the win instead of laying up for the tie. I just don't understand what people are complaining about. Especially for a team that has sucked in the red zone.

Poor clock management. But questioning play calling on a td drive... I just don't get it.
