Charity fell for Tony, 21, three years ago and the pair have since become engaged. Now Tony is helping housebound charity find a doctor willing to perform a bypass operation which she hopes will save her life - and let them be married. Yeah, that's the way I read it. Those brothers apparently like their women big.

I envision Thanksgiving gatherings when she was still with the older brother. They'd be at the table and she probably only weighed 400 or 500 pounds then, and she'd be eating a 10-lb. turkey and a couple of pies, and the younger brother would look at her longingly and think, "Why can't I find a woman like that?"

If you burn about 110 calories per mile running, she could just go run about 15,000 miles. And at the beginning she might be burning calories much more quickly than average. It might only take her about 12,000 miles.
