Dwayne Bowe, more or less of a head case? Still has drug charges pending here in Springtown, with the amount of money a 1st rounder can get, I doubt he goes higher than 20th. More likely a flyer pick from a club with multiple 2's or 3's

Springfield PD never filed charges against him and has no intention to do so. Patrick Prouty is the only guy in that car who faces any charges.
