I love Reid.

Great guy and can put clown shoes on anyone.

But, I am done wishing he would instill discipline and toughness in his teams. He is what he is.

If he makes it to the Superbowl he will either blow the other team out or lose a heartbreaker.

It has everything to do with Andy.

The success and failures of a team are based on the things that the Head Coach has taught. Reid makes mistakes throughout each game, not just at the end.

The Chiefs are soft, our Defense tackles like a bunch of pussies because the coaching staff allows it. Players fumble the ball because the coaching staff doesn't kick the crap out of them each time they fumble. Returners down the ball inside the 10 because the coaches allow it. Dat did it, now Hardman is starting to do it. Bad habits are being passed around because of the coaches.
