It sucks but I am over it, it is just too tough to go to the Superbowl 3 years in a row, Chiefs need some changes on the coaching staff and get ready for the draft and free agency and get back to work in August

I've learned to savor the wins and shake off the losses. Sometimes the other team outplays you.

We have had an incredible first 4 years of Mahomes.

Now it's time to stack the offense even more and get younger, cheaper on D.

We have Mahomes for another 8 years (IIRC). It's sucks but you cannot allow this to bleed into your personal life too much.

I’m bummed. But I didn’t yell, didn’t break any furniture. I’m smoking a cigar and drinking a bourbon, listening to the postgame show on streaming radio and decompressing.

It sucks, and we should’ve won. The way we lost is frustrating and mystifying. But big picture, you can’t expect to go to the Super Bowl every year, no matter how it ends.

No. But you should win every home game when up 21-3 with Mahomes as your QB.

Last week was the game where "you can't make the SB every year" would be a moniker.

I'm still celebrating and jacking off to videos of SB LIV , that's pron that will last me a good while till we win another SB and we will win another SB soon enough with this quarterback make no doubt .

I agree. I would’ve been far less bummed if we had lost last week.

Like I said, mystified and frustrated how we blew that game to Cincy. I never thought Mahomes would let us down like that — ESPECIALLY after he played maybe his best game ever.

Today was a missed opportunity when the window was wide open.

But the bottom line is, weird shit happens in the NFL which makes going to multiple Super Bowls so damn hard.

Exactly! Not even Brady went to the Superbowl every year

If you understand that you care way more than the NFL or the players do, it'll help.

Put it in perspective, to them it's a money making machine that is there for entertainment and to make the most money.

OTOH, he started out winning three in four years, and that was open to Mahomes (and he still could win three in five years).
