Why wouldn’t Fisher be a good choice for swing tackle and compete for the starting RT spot?

Yes, I am there with you BUT there is a reason we have hardly seen him at all in the regular season. His primary responsibility is to be Pat's opposition in Madden What makes Pat happy makes Andy happy.

I swear.....the last time I saw so much whining and complaining here about offseason moves was the year we traded for what some said was a washed up and not that good running back from Baltimore.

I'm surprised more people aren't seeing trading up for a WR as a good option. I might not hate getting a DE if it's Jermain Johnson. But it feels like a priority is getting one of the top 6 and using the rest on defence.

I know we all believe Mahomes can drag a mediocre WR group to decent results - but how much do we want to test that? We KNOW this team with elite receivers is deadly even with a turd defence - and frankly the defence punched aboved its weight a fair bit the second half of last year anyway.

They'll be ballers at WR in rounds 2, 3 and beyond but I'm tempted to take the guessing out as much as possible. Our DL is so bad that just about anyone we then bring in through other picks improves it imo.

Juju lost his juju after his breakout season. MVS has blistering speed and a legit deep threat, but there’s a reason Rodgers didn’t target him much. Veach was really reaching when he signed those two. As it stands, we lack any true threats in the passing game. Gonna make it easier to contain Kelce, and our running game isn’t going to help. The elite WR in this draft won’t be available at the bottom of the 1st round. What’s Allen Robinson up to these days?

PIT’s issues were far greater than Juju, so not blaming him entirely, but the guy was hit or miss. That is undeniable. They went all in on him after the AB fallout and it just didn’t pan out.

He is no #1 for sure - he needs to play across from a true #1. But as a #2 he is solid

Denver rookie QB John Elway, on Jack Lambert, after Lambert and the Steelers knocked Elway out of his first game as a pro (1983).

I think we can address the DE in the 1st and a burner WR in the 1st or a high 2nd. I am concerned more about the secondary. Another OT would be nice since Niang probably won't be back until after the start of the season and I wonder just how far along the Prince is. With 8 picks in the 1-4 rounds, we should be able to pick up some depth. I don't think we should be spending that extra cap money like drunken sailors unless it's just 1 year deals.
