So his job is even easier. Btw, DE1, DE2, WR2, CB1. Those are all impact positions he's had opportunities to address and hasn't. 3 players aren't the only impact positions on the field

You don't trade away first round picks for the right to pay a player market value.
And Orlando Brown acquisition was worse than a botched draft pick. There was NFL film on the guy. That move was a season-killer. No way for this offense to carry the worst D in the league with a turnstile at LT.

Where he ranks I don't know, but he's not the best, that's for sure.

Bigger problem is him just whiffing on things like CEH over Swift/Taylor or Nicole Hardmen over DK. Also, wayyyy overpaying Frank Clark has been killing us from the moment we got him-though we all appreciate when he earned his paychecks for the 3 games of our chip year.

I don't want us to fire the guy, but there are issues here-big ones.

Arguably? No. They statistically have one of the best offenses in the game. What they need is a game plan. Is there any team that struggles as much as the Chiefs in getting the ball in the hands of their play makers?

Not to mention the money spent potentially could have helped with another defender. The team is paying so get him on the field…

The Chiefs don’t win the Super Bowl without Veach changing the entire defense in 2019.

They held Watson to 7 points in the last 3 quarters, stopped Henry in his tracks making him a non-factor and were money in the Super Bowl.

The 2018 defense doesn’t do that. No way in hell are you convincing me otherwise
