Manning is repped by CAA. Wouldn't expect him to land anywhere with an in-place QB also repped by CAA. Includes SF, KC, JAX, DEN, OAK, BUF.
Or he puts Manning in KC and gets C@$$#ole traded for 2 lbs of brisket to start for some shitbag team like the Browns/Jags/etc...

Denver rookie QB John Elway, on Jack Lambert, after Lambert and the Steelers knocked Elway out of his first game as a pro (1983).

In 24 hours the Chiefs got dropped faster than KC in a playoff game...

That is why I watch it a bar. I can always watch another game. I did ask several times this past season to turn the Chiefs game off.

Redskins because they will spend any amount of money for anything
Jets because of the market

both pretty lame reasons imo

Is Arizona really going to switch from Kolb already?

Miami and Kansas City should be the legit leaders

Seattle has to be as well i suppose.

Sea, KC & Mia are all pretty similar teams imo, guess it just matters what coaches Manning will mesh with.

This is important.

No SB would be complete without getting to trounce the Colts and Donks...

Blurb from Jason Smith that just went up on nfl.com

Chiefs emerging as perfect fit for Peyton
The two front-runners are Miami and Arizona. The Jets will get some run, as well. But, like my colleague Elliot Harrison recently wrote, I have a feeling that Kansas City is the team that can give him everything he desires. He's a Midwest guy. He doesn't want to be overcome by media. He wants to play against teams he knows, and he wants a path to winning.

No one is poised to run away with the AFC West. San Diego has won by default for the most part lately. Add Manning to a K.C. team with Dwayne Bowe, Steve Breaston, Dexter McCluster, a healthy Tony Moeaki and a healthy Jamaal Charles? That would look a lot like the makeup of the Colts' offense in their heyday. K.C.'s defense is better than people think. Romeo Crennel has already said the Chiefs are interested.

I think Manning wants his life to most closely resemble what it was in Indianapolis. I'm sure Joe Montana is on the phone with him right now telling him what it was like to play in K.C. after getting pushed out of San Francisco. Sound familiar?

Another reason why i think they Chiefs should sign Manning.

Hard work

I think Manning would bring a focus and a level of hard work to the offense that we haven't seen in a decade.

Our offense isn't nearly has sharp and developed as it should be. Hasn't been in years.

Imagine the first time Bowe dropped an easy pass that hit him in the hands. Peyton would bench Bowe himself.
