Keep in mind that you're a novice lifter for a longer period of time than you think you are. Novice lifting can last anywhere from a few months to a year or two, depending on how hard you hit the weights and where you started.

Once you've reached the point where you don't make regular progress on the SS program, you are ready to move on to the intermediate stage, which can last you for a good number of years. Find it HERE:

If you're a very advanced lifter (many, many years of CONSISTENT weight training), then there are lot of programs out there, and which one you pick is simply a matter of preference. If you're really that advanced, you should know what works for you and what doesn't by this point.

not at all - it's critical to spray the pan's base prior to adding any water though - and 4"s of water is all you want. Also don't drop the egg until BARELY starts to boil - then pull back the heat to medium low if electric or low for gas.

Agreed that paying $50 for 2 lbs of protein is ridiculous. No protein is that good.

ON has been around for years. It's a proven product. Not as cheap as it used to be, but then, protein has gotten more expensive over the years.

I know how much I pay, and I'm perfectly okay with it. When it comes to Clay's posts about anything I say, just ignore him. He's trolling me. I'm not sure why, but every time I'm ever successful at anything, he has to try to poke holes or put me down somehow. He's got this unnatural hatred of women.
