Geno Smith vs Alex Smith - It's on.
It's on now. Geno Smith is probably going to be starting for the Jets this season.

Alex Smith will be the Chiefs QB for the forseeable future. If he's a success, we'll probably get five good years out of him.

He looked fat in last week's preseason game. He looked fat and sloppy. Rolling your ankle the way he did on a routine play is embarrassing and shows how out of shape he is.

He looked slimmer in college and at the combine.

No, no, no. He, like Sanchez, must be a starter from day one! God forbid he be taken at 1.1 over an ALL IMPORTANT Tackle, and put behind a clipboard in a small market like KC with a decent coaching staff!

If here were here, with no Alex Smith, with the talent that is on the Chiefs, he could start here day one.......

There is no talent around him in New York. The right side of their offensive line is atrocious, they have no idea when Holmes is going to be back, their tight end is some dude named Cumberland, and Stephen Hill, is awful. They also have some Receiver named KERLEY.....that's his weapons.....

Pretty much everyone, myself included, knew the minute he went to NYJ, he was in for an uphill battle at the very least.

In fact, when Geno takes over the starting role this year, I expect him to have a few bad games. Par for the course for a rookie QB.
