He played half of his 4th season before getting hurt - was on pace for another 600 yard season.

If you thought Mecole was supposed to leapfrog JJSS and his almost 1000 yards had he stayed healthy, that's a you problem when it comes to expectations.

Eh....I wouldn't hate it, but woudln't like it. Depending on the #.

I just don't see what he does the we can't get in the draft. Atleast with Hollywood, there's the speed factor.

Experience.

We have a hole or two that isn't going to be filled by a rookie until at least mid-season, if Rice's usage taught us anything. And that's if we get someone in the draft like Rash that Andy will eventually trust.

Honestly, the feeling on all of these guys at this point comes down to the $$$.

Who anything about expecting it of him? Pointing out the fact he pigeonholed himself into the same spot on the roster due to his lack of development doesn't mean I expected him to progress up the depth chart.
