I like the way Veach played this one, it shows Sneed how much people other teams are willing to pay him, and that he might not be worth what he thinks he is. It also gives us an out and some picks if someone wants to over pay.

Which is dumb. Offers aren't going to get any better next year when he's a year older, and he risks having more injury concerns next year.

I'd like to think they're bluffing, and when called on it, he signs with somebody (us or another team).

Sometimes these things just take time, and there's no rush with the draft still more than a month away.
