I am firmly on team I quit caring about the royal family in 1776 when we told them to get the **** up on out of OUR country. The only reason I even opened this thread is because I am bored to tears at the moment.

From the little bit that I've been subjected to this British soap opera (because the story is everywhere) I get the sensation that Meghan is a spoiled, woke, millennial activist type. Not that I hold the royals in any higher regard but, it is their world she chose to join. I suppose that her being an American I could try and find amusement in her figurative destruction of Buckingham Palace as payback for the Brits burning down the White House in the War of 1812 but, yeah, I still can't find any ****s to give.

And I just can't wrap my mind around why so many in this country do. Delayed Stockholm Syndrome?

Haven't watched a single clip. I heard the small clip on a morning radio show from when she was talking about the concern over how dark the baby would be, but that's it. And, apparently, the royals have yet to respond (as of this morning's radio show, anyway).

Sheez, everyone knows that Harry's not really even a royal. His dad's the polo player Diana was having an affair with after Charles ditched her for Camilla. Ditched Diana for Camilla, what's up with that? Anyway, they've been looking to dump the ginger for a while now, and the marriage to Meghan opened the door. Sure, the Palace is in damage control after the interview, but at least no one is asking about Andrew.
