There are lots of explanations of what that could be, but it's certainly not normal to have ANYTHING like that in your body. There's absolutely no proof that whatever that is came out of a healthy individual that underwent a "colon cleansing" procedure.

Just wait til you have your first colonoscopy. I can pretty much guarantee you'll never see anything like that come out of your ass.

You sound like the cop that was also in Fast Times At Ridgemont High on the stakeout. His line had to do with the average male having 15 lbs. of undigested meat in their bodies when they die.

That was one of the best scenes of that movie.
