I would like to be called Mathias, in honor of my great grandfather, who was in WWI.

I like my real first name, but Mathias is the best. My kid will be named Mathias. You can call him Mat, for short.

I go by a shortened version of my last name. I'm guessing that half my friends have no idea what my real first name is.
