I remember early in the season so many fans were hating on Cassel as not being any good. Needing to replaced. blah blah blah. The last laugh is on you now. He's a great QB and helped get the Chiefs to where they are. In fact, without Cassel, the Chiefs wouldn't even have a winning record. I was supporting him since the beginning and I love rubbing it in the face of those babies that hated on our best chance to get to the Super Bowl. Every Matt Cassel hater should get on this board and post an apology.

Perhaps you should have spoken up a little more often if you really felt that Cassel was getting a bad rap here. When you make 36 posts in 5 years, you're not exactly doing an effective job of defending the guy, especially when you wait until AFTER the Chiefs clinch the AFC West to speak up.

Here's the earliest post that I can see you made about Cassel. It is from 10/17:

Do you want to trade QB's with AZ? NO. Then shut up about Cassel. He's not a pro bowl QB yet but he is servicable. I was around for Steve Bono and worse and Cassel is no Bono. How about Elvis Grbac? Todd Blackledge? Most you you don't even know who they are. LOL. The Chiefs have won for years on the backs of decent, but not stellar QB's. Look at the Chargers. On paper they should be kicking the crap out of the AFC and they suck. Not to mention they have the worst coach in the history of the NFL. I bet anything that they will be picked to make the playoffs be every analyst next year. Nobody picked them to be undefeated after three games. Stop blaming Cassel for the losses solely. Some of you guys are complete babies. The Chiefs are exciting again and are IN every single game they play. Not one game were they blown out. The Chiefs scored thirty one points today. That IS enough to win any game. ANY GAME!!! The so called class of the AFC west got beat by the lowly Rams today. The Chiefs could beat the Rams any day and they beat the Chargers. This team is miles better than last year. If they go 8-8 this year then they are going 11-5 next year and are solidly in the playoffs. We can only hope that the Chargers keep that horrible coach they have. The Chiefs are good and are exciting to watch

I posted several times on several threads about Cassel being a very good QB. The fact that I have only posted 36 posts in 5 years only means I don't sit here like a nerd and respond every day. I responded when I felt it appropriate. The thread I made was the right time because the Chiefs did clinch yesterday and now is the pertfect time to rub it in to all that hated on Cassel. I'm surprised so many on this thread hated Cassel and attacked me for my support. It's ok if you don't like the Chiefs QB. He's the best we have had in a long time. There was one post that actually implied that Elvis Grbac was better than Cassel. LOL. That's rediculous.
